KCP&L Business Energy Savings Program/Lockheed Martin – Program Manager

Susan has worked in energy efficiency her entire career and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM). In recent years, Susan has worked in program management for several utility energy efficiency incentive programs in Missouri and Indiana. Susan earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and an MBA from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.


Jeff Kelley

KCP&L Business Energy Savings Program/Lockheed Martin – Business Development Representative

Jeff Kelley joined Lockheed Martin in 2008 after a 28 year career at Laclede Gas (now Spire). Working in business development since then, he has served as lead for the Ameren Missouri and Kansas City Power & Light programs and supports utility account representatives, their customers, large trade allies and vendors. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in business from St. Louis University, where he majored in Marketing.
